WOWWWWWW Godwinlow      ( Date: 04-Aug-2021 23:26) Posted: Singapore, 4 August 2021 - ARA Asset Management Limited (ARA), the largest real assets manager in Asia Pacific, wishes to announce that it has today entered into an Acquisition Agreement in relation to a proposed business combination of the ARA Group with ESR Cayman Limited (ESR, and Proposed Transaction). ESR is a leading Asia Pacific focused integrated &ldquo new economy&rdquo real estate platform comprising logistics and data centers (New Economy), headquartered in Hong Kong and listed on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx). Together with ARA&rsquo s platform of over US$95 billion1 in gross assets under management by the Group and its associates, the combined entity will become the largest real estate and real assets manager in Asia Pacific with gross AUM of US$129 billion, anchored by APAC&rsquo s leading New Economy real estate platform in logistics and data centers, and the third largest listed real estate asset manager globally. Details of the Proposed Transaction can be found in the announcement titled &ldquo Major and Connected Transaction in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of ARA Asset Management Limited&rdquo issued by ESR (ESR Announcement). Completion of the Proposed Transaction is conditional upon the satisfaction of certain conditions as described in the ESR Announcement. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions, it is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2021 or first quarter of 2022. On completion, ARA will become a subsidiary of ESR, and accordingly, the financial results of ARA Group (including Logos Group) will be consolidated into the accounts of ESR. Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. is acting as lead financial advisor to ARA. DBS Bank Ltd. and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited have also been appointed as financial advisors to ARA for the Proposed Transaction.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I doubt Ms chew will reveal any information. Plus ARA on this year May raised 500 million pre ipo financing from a Japanese company. So ipo May not be as soon. But now IPO is now red hot. Even those not money money companies raising billions of dollars just like the dot com bubble era. Ara is profitable. I just hope John Lim will faster tap into this red hot IPO season and ride the wave. That' s why PhillipTan      ( Date: 04-Jul-2021 12:46) Posted: DBS Vickers also do CDP trades and there are no quarterly charges for CDP trades because they don' t hold it for you The cheapest CDP trading fees that I managed to find is those Cash Upfront accounts (I chose Vickers) and FSMOne (strictly only for CDP sales) Cash Upfront CDP purchase of $10k shares and $100k shares charges are $17.12 and $171.20 FSMOne CDP sales of $10k shares and $100k shares charges are $14.07 and $52.60 Fees are not really a lot if you are not doing big time purchase and sales of shares, but in the long run, yes still a lot more expensive especially if you do a lot of buying and selling Tiger broker or other approved custodian trading houses/brokers are all MAS regulated But the future is always unknown If Lehman brothers incident can cause almost 500 banks to go bankrupt, who knows there won' t be any other such incidents in the future that will bring those custodian brokers/trading houses to bankruptcy too That is why I rather keep those shares in my own name lol
