Our SGX still dun know why they are struggling? becos I think our SGX is the only exchange tat welcome short selling more than longing with all the " make easy" policies for the shortists. OF COURSE our SGX is becoming worse and worse in terms of ranking Look at how low the interest is for shortists to borrow scripts from SGX. Still dreaming of becoming world' s stop exchange? really no eye see

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION BY SINGAPORE AUTHORITIES Singapore, 15 June 2024 - Seatrium Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) refers to its previous announcements in connection with Operation Car Wash, with the latest being the announcement dated 1 April 20241 . The Company has been informed last evening that the Monetary of Authority of Singapore (&ldquo MAS&rdquo ) and the Commercial Affairs Department (&ldquo CAD&rdquo ) are conducting a joint investigation into offences potentially committed by the Company (formerly Sembcorp Marine Limited) and/or its officers under the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act 1992, and all previous versions of the said Acts, in connection with Operation Car Wash (the &ldquo Investigations&rdquo ). The MAS and the CAD have requested for further information from the Company for the purpose of the Investigations. The Company continues to provide its full cooperation to the Singapore authorities. The Company will continue to monitor the situation and make appropriate announcements in the event of any material developments. In the meantime, shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. They should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors or other professional advisers if they have any doubt about the actions they should take. bear, please don' t accuse me.
