Lastest annual report also shows his son ( Lee Yung Li Andy) and daughter (Lee Pui Hoon) becames the 19th and 20th largest shareholder. I look at the previous year report and found that some of the top 20 largest names are not there. They have probably divest their shares, so the his son and daughter had moved up to the top 20 shareholders. Recently Progen had extended the research collabration agreement (RCA) with NTU for another 7 months. Seems that the RCA is very promising. Otherwise they would not have extended the RCA as such collaboration is not cheap. I suspect they may be going for some cutting edge technology. |

Yes he is now the largest shareholder of progen after several months of accumulation.I am wondering how' s the market think of his share purchase as the price is still remain the same despite a purchase by the insider. So any thought for this ? |

Last year annual report as at 22 March 2013, shows the managing director, Lee Ee@Lee Eng has direct interest of 27,379,690 shares. This year Lee Eng' s direct interest has risen to 59,151,690 shares as of 5 May 2014 according to The Edge Singapore. He has double his direct interest via bit by bit by buying the shares. He is now the top share holder. Last year the top shareholder was Golden Wang Holdings Pte Ltd with 54,400,000 shares (20%). Total shares issued by Progen is 271,980,729 shares.

He had sold 10% of his share to the second largest shareholders at a very high price previously. Although repurchasing of share at the current price do provide a bit of positive signal about the firm but the signal isn't that strong, unless he repurchase back the 10%. Today, after several months of accumulation, the number of shares he is holding is quite similar to what he previously had, which mean that any further purchase by him might be a good indicator of this firm. Let wait and see =D |

CEO Lee Ee has bought 712,000 shares on 3 march, 300,000 shares on 5 march, 100000 shares on 7 march, 274,000 shares on 11 march. He seems bullish about the company. | ||||

CEO Lee Ee has stopped buying from the market since my last posting on Oct 9. I am no longer vested and have sold at $0.153 (just break even for me) when the market has lost interest in small counters. Good luck.

Hopefully, CEO Lee Ee is buying as he's clear of the company's prospects. It is a realistic and stable company as it seems without exaggerated profits. Seems like some selling down for ppl to cut loss!!! I think any price below $0.155 is a good entry price. Vested more. any views or comments from seniors?

CEO Lee Ee has been buying up the stock since April this year. He has gradually built up his holding from 10.486% on 23 April to 18.92% on 7 Oct. Recently, his purchases make up a substantial portion of the daily trading volume. For instance, on 3, 4, and 7 Oct, he has bought 1031 lots out of the 1489 lots traded for the day, 1009 out of 1331 and 1015 out of 1855 respectively. Share price is still moving around 15 cents. Is there anything special about this stock ??? |
