Now if you are a shareholder of both MCT and MNACT, it makes really profitable sense, for you as a MNACT shareholder to take the units conversion and cash option, and with the cash, you can buy into MCT now at current price, and   you will find you end up with much more MCT shares, then if you will to take the full unit conversion option..... hurry, GSS ending soon... coffee shop uncles said one!
