x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	SATS' s management is damn solid. No pay cut for junior staff. Friends working there thumbed up for the mgt. No pay cut but work lesser hours and no. of working days. Any shortfall in pay such as OT can also claim from the govt. Where do find such company now?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	GROUND handler and in-flight catering provider Sats said on Friday that it has issued S$100 million in 2.6 per cent notes due 2025 under its S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note programme. In-principle approval has been received for the listing and quotation of the notes, with listing expected on April 27. Sats had earlier said that net proceeds from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes investing in value-creating opportunities, including long-term strategic investments and acquisitions and refinancing borrowings.

Many of their staff are redelpyed to their catering arm. All the workers can enjoy airline food in the dorm now. Our Singapore govt did a fantastic job for taking care of the well being of 200K foreign workers.

Besides, most of the countries need the passengers to quarantine for 14 days, fly to anyplace for 14 days and fly back, kena another 14 days here. For what??? The net proceeds from the issue will be used  for general corporate purposes, including general working capital, capital  expenditure and capital management, as well as for investing in value-creating opportunities, including  making long-term strategic investments and acquisitions. The  chief ground-handling and in-flight catering service provider at Singapore Changi Airport added that the proceeds will also be used to refinance the borrowings of the group.
