x 2   x 0  Alert Admin	Among my purchases, the highest was around 61 cents, totally skipped 50-60 cents range, started to buy again at mid 40 cents and finally almost tripled the purchases at low 30 cents. Now the average cost is about 38 cents and the plan was to collect dividends [est 6-7% YOC] and hold for at least 5 years. Now not sure how YZJS news will affect this counter but it may present opportunities to add again! If price stay current level, no way to reduce average cost anymore. If price tank toward 30 cents, may be able to average till 35 cents. Let?s see how it develops!

x 2   x 0  Alert Admin	YZJFH stock price tied to amt of free cash in both sg and china. Current cash pile $1.28b according to half yearly result amt to around 0 34-0.35 price range. It stay range till DI mature in 2H, depending on whether there is any writedown stock would move according. Most optimistic view is no writedown and DI reduced to 30% of asset and china PE 15%, cash pile would be appro 55% of total asset. Work out to around listing price 0.65. In my view the real estate DI would form a big chuck of that 30% refined DI and since sgx discount all chiba based asset from it stock price, what happen to china DI and PE make no different. DI and PE just a dividend generating asset with no value allocated to it by investors. Enjoy this year dividend around 0.025-0.03 might get higher if yzjfh decode to compensate gor poor stock pergormance.
