Funds and Top-Tier Investors
  • The share placement (&ldquo Placement&rdquo ) comprises 35 million new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (&ldquo Placement Shares&rdquo ) at an issue price of S$0.525 for each Placement Share (&ldquo Placement Price&rdquo ), raising gross proceeds of approximately S$18.4 million.
     
  • Majority of the Placement Shares were subscribed by prominent institutional funds and top-tier investors, including Asdew Acquisitions Pte Ltd (&ldquo Asdew Acquisition&rdquo ), Ascend Open Master Fund VCC-ICH S F and Icham Master Fund VCC &ndash Ploutus Fund III (collectively, &ldquo ICH AM Funds&rdquo ) and Mr Han Seng Jua.
     
  • Geo Energy&rsquo s market capitalisation exceeds S$1 billion at the closing share price of S$0.615 on 15 April 2026.
     
  • The above investors are considered among the most distinguished within the local investment community in Singapore. Their investments demonstrate strong conviction towards Geo Energy&rsquo s strategy, execution and long-term growth trajectory.

 Alert Admin 		Geo Energy Resources has raised gross proceeds of $18.4 million by placing out new shares to a group of investors.

Based on today's closing price of 61.5 cents, which lifts the company's market cap above $1 billion, these investors are already in the money as they subscribed for the new shares at 52.5 cents.

The investors include Asdew Acquisitions, Ascend Open Master Fund, Icham Master Fund, Han Seng Juan, one of the two controlling shareholder of Centurion Corp.

"We are proud of the strong demand and interest in Geo Energy from reputable institutional funds and top-tier investors, as seen in the fully subscribed placement exercise," says Antonny Melati, Geo Energy's executive chairman and CEO.

"This reflects their confidence in Geo Energy?s strategic direction, growth prospects, and ability to execute our plans," he adds.

Great! M42 coal price surging! Geo Energy share price galloping! Finally, the share price has more than doubled my base price! Just sold some 50 lots at 61.5c for kopi money! The upward momentum seems strong ... should head towards high 60s or 70 soon! Geo, Jia You!  (It' s quite heartening to receive the Geo Energy AGM notice and invite in a black gold cover! Good that the AGM meeting will now be held in MBS instead of Sentosa!
