Hospital in johor 60% owned should be worth at least half if not more than the Mahkota one. Current pricing seems to be only trying to price only its assets with its biz costing nothing. Its biz is likely to worth at least PE20-30 of around RM 4.5cts FY15, RM$1. Add on both.. There should be some catch up after Q&M , raffles med ,talkmed not to mention upcoming Singapore O&G going IPO. Undervalued medical counter. | ||||

If able to sell at used 250m....company able to get around s$170m..that is around 30c per share if I am not wrong...cheers.

Yes. There isnt any good news to bring the price up. Dont get lure in to buy cheap during rebound. Many other counters are behaving that way. Good luck.
