TRADING PERIOD FOR " NIL-PAID" RIGHTS The trading period for the provisional allotments of Rights Shares (or " nil-paid" Rights) on the Singapore Exchange  Securities Trading Limited (the " SGX-ST" ) will commence at 9.00 a.m. on 19 January 2015 and will end at 5.00  p.m. on 27 January 2015. Entitled Depositors should note that the provisional allotment of Rights Shares will be tradable in board lot sizes of  1 Rights and 100 Rights. Entitled Depositors who sell their " nil-paid" Rights during this period need not forward the  AREs to the purchasers as CDP will make arrangements for separate Application Forms for Rights Shares (the  " ARS" ) to be issued to the purchasers.
