No it means its assets is worth $3 a share... so for example like wheelock its nav is 2.68 according to what i read in the forum and wheelock is only wanting to pay $2.10 to privatise resulting in people thinking its too cheap and thus ppl are buying in now hoping for them to come up with a higher offer price

Yes you are right... guocoland rnav is $3.00 according to analyst report.. speculated to privatize in 2016... somehow or rather this stock refuses to shoot up .. always jam at 2.20 and 2.40 level.. so have to hold long term to realise your value one day.... trading wise quite hard to catch momentum..

pai sei.. noob here. actually dont really understand the term " privatization" . in layman term does it means tat the company will back all the shares at a higher price if they go on privatization? |

Anyone else spotted this gem. 21% public float , approx 1b in cash. Their projects d leedon fully sold, martin almost and wallich gaining momentum.. expecting better net income.than last year with maybe special dividends coming up. WHY DONT BUY | ||||
