GRANT OF EXTENSION The Board is pleased to announce that the Company had received a letter from SGXST on 28 November 2024 that it has no objections to granting an extension of time of up to 1 December 2025 (&ldquo Waiver&rdquo ), with regard to compliance with Listing Rule 1315, subject to the Company announcing the Waiver granted, the reasons for seeking the Waiver, the conditions as required under Rule 107 of the Listing Manual and if the Waiver conditions have been satisfied. If the Waiver conditions have not been met on the date of the announcement, the Company must make an update announcement when the conditions have all been met (the &ldquo Waiver Condition&rdquo ). |

Union Steel does not care about Eneco' s listing status. They are just interested in their logistic business. If can get extension (SGX is unpredictable), then this will be a stock to watch. If not then holders will face heavy losses except Union Steel who know what they want

The Group and Eneco Energy Group Companies are able to work together to (i) consider options for utilisation of Richland Logistics&rsquo business to streamline the Group&rsquo s supply chain logistical operations and/or (ii) explore avenues for consolidation of resources which may allow for cost optimisation and expansion of service offerings and (c) the listing status of Eneco Energy offers potential opportunities to enhance the Group&rsquo s market presence and strategic reach. Accordingly, the Board is of the opinion that the Acquisition is aligned with the Group&rsquo s business strategy and will be beneficial to the Company and its shareholders. |
