x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The funding cost in China is very expensive, not like the US or Europe. So keeping more cash in hand is useful. What I like is the consistency of paying a dividend. It is not too shabby at all for a Chinese firm. I expect higher dividend going forward. So I am hanging on to my lots here as my dividend yield is likely to go higher based on my purchase cost.

All business areas showed growth and at last traded price of $0.215 and FY EPS of RMB0.14, the PE Ratio is a very undemanding 7.5x. If the growth momentum can be maintained, exceeding $0.25 should not be a problem at all. I will also be looking out to see whether Chairman Li will maintain his buying momentum after the blackout period which should be a huge positive if he does.  One minus point - Dividend payout of 0.5c is stingy and Management needs to be questioned why they are hoarding cash and whether they have any acquistion or capex plans in the near term. If not, they should just return more cash to shareholders since they can easily sustain a higher payout.
