they priced the IPO at low valuations with no retail tranche, open high (1 bagger) with pre-ipo and ipo subscribers flipping their money. goes to show much about how the counter is intended to be, in time to come. buyers beware. |

as long as IPO got no public placement = initial share price set by investors. you can see that their EPS is set much lower than peer. so when they open up double the price, retail will still feel ' cheap' to enter and buy. this is when they kena trap because retail who bought today will not sell below the opening price to make losses. of course we will not know what is the price trend in future after today, but for sure, placement holders already earn big time from retail today |

correct. a bunch of clinic grouped together and do IPO. each placement holder already made more than 100% by selling to the public. you can see the opening price. later if it drops, they are the retail who selling at a loss. |
