In short, KIT sold one data centre to KDC REIT. KDC REIT bought two data centres. The Offer price is S$1.67 and S$1.71 per Unit for the PO... For the PP, the Offer price is HIGHER, at S$1.703 and S$1.744 per New Unit. Sad pour moi,... my Average Holding price currently is at $1.33,... hence, post-Issue, I would have averaged-UP by quite a fair bit.

data is becoming a commodity and an asset. the amont of data is growing exponentially across the globe. data centres is like warehouse to store all these data and the rate of data growth is faster than the rate of making data storage efficient. easiest way is to create more storage (DC) in short term and research on other mechnisms in the long term. so im seeing DC as a very good investment for now. vested long term and hopefully will continue to go higher..
