People buy stocks without due D deserved to be conned....be it in SGX or Geyland XMM....besides HPHT is on the rise, give out good div (now), huge discount over NBV...improved trade sentiments.......backed by rich owner....it' s better than many other Reits which pumped up and issue rights....I don' t see why you say this is a con, just because it retraced a few cents? Every other stocks does after XD  cheeky

Is there a possible bubble? Always possible.
I took some time to find some information and apply it to HPHT and other commodities.
I felt that I do feel that there is some cause of concern but we have not seen major shift in the whole market and below is something simple to show what have gone through in my thinking.
In conclusion, I felt that there is a need to consistent lookout for potential game changer that will affect fundamental such as Bubble market. So is one of the list that I always look in and make sure I dont get totally off guard and if something do happen, I will be ready to face it.

    Low interest Rate all over the world. Checked
    Property being cheap to invest. Checked

    Price increase x2 / x3. Checked
    Fear of missing out . Missing
     
  3. Euphoria
    Price increase exponentially。 Missing.
    Price is still very intact with Earnings and Dividends
     
  4. Profit- Taking
    No huge profit taking being seen, Missing
     
  5. Panic
    Not yet seen
 
However, I feel that we should look at other possible bubbly stock that can shock the market.
One of the most talk about item would be Bitcoin.

Part 12   The Hardest Thing to Do
Is to DO NOTHING! Don&rsquo t make the same mistake as I did =D
Buy & Sell and lost insane ride that happen suddenly.
Isn&rsquo t it great to hold onto a Reits that give 8% Dividend based on current trend? ( Bi-Annual 0.01 / 0.25 USD = 4% )



My Non-Optimistic Forecast :
Long stagnant wait of 1 month within 5-8% up/down from Ex-Date Closing Price
If you look at the Chart Carefully, 4 August 2020, Ex-Date, price went stagnant for a month to 4 Sep 2020

And within 5 days, it gain 30% with small volume and Gain another 30% with another 7 trading days
If the history repeat itself, it will hit 0.380 USD ( NAV Milestone )



My most optimistic Guess : Price goes up steadily upwards towards 0.380 USD ( NAV Milestone ) within 3-6 months
Around 4-8% increase per month or 0.02 &ndash 0.04 USD increase per month


So What if price drop suddenly ?
E.g. 0.250 drop to 0.220 USD
What should you do? 
Set your game plan before it does. For example, you set a series of trading plan such as
Stop Loss at 0.22 / 0.20 / 0.18. It is very ill-discipline to decide on emotion when things actually happened. So decide before things happen!
And if price starts to go up again, when do you wish to re-enter? 0.240? Decide before it happen.

Or you can simply read up! Find up what happened first? Is the fundamental still right?
if it is right, DO NOTHING! Or for some people, ADD on weakness!

Will this strong growth continue into 2021? Based on all the port statistics in 2H 2020, is growing extensively. Port Charges keep going up to cope with demand.
A Higher Profit Margin and a Break-neck speed of growth.
1st Milestone of 0.38 USD is not far away

The above figures shows that 5 out of 6 Ex-Dividend Date shows that you are only within 4% difference whether you buy before or after Ex-Date.
My Suggestion is to split your buying into 2 parts, buying once before Ex-Date and Once After Ex-Date so you average your price. There is no real formula of getting the right price. And if I can get it right, I go buy TOTO liao.

However, there is one way call value investing. When you invest in HPHT, you invest in a port business and you want to know the
1) Growth Plan ( Share Price got room for improvement? )
I have covered this topic many times, must go scroll on your own =D

2) Dividend Payout ( Net Profit can up some more anot? )
Net Profit 57% Better? If maintain, already one of the highest Paying Reits in SGX

Most importantly, if fundamental of the stock doesnt change, just HOLD and ride the wave up :)

Outstanding Performance of 2020 2nd Half gives shareholder / Analyst the confidence of the growth of HPHT, based on the results, DBS should be giving its re-rating in due course as it out performance the DPU / Profit by great margin of more than 30% - 54%.
RCEP effect has yet to set in which is expected on 2nd half of 2021.
Based on my previous research, Container Port volume is still at breaking neck volume.
Fundamental remains intact, High Growth, High Dividends.
Chart is still projecting uptrend movement, with the same rate of growth, I expect to hit my first milestone of $0.38 USD ( Net Asset Value ) in 2021.
For Holders, let&rsquo s continue riding. For Profiters, we have our fair journey together and enjoy your profit while we sail on =D
I do expect up/down movement which is perfectly logical and I will take opportunity to load small amount every week when it hit low
