x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	For this GO exercise, DBS, IFA & ID have failed miserably in their roles. Instead being independent and come up with a fair offer for minorities, they have choosen to kowtow to the Offeror instead and make a mockery out of GO process. Is SGX still asleep?

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	i think they will revise, it would be very shameful on their part to close the offer with only 3% acceptance. so much time, money, fees to lawyers, bankers, advisors for only a pitiful acceptance rate If they were to revise their offer upwards to 2.6, star attractions still do not need to fork out any cash as wheelock is so so cash rich! all just have to be patient and hold your wheelock shares tightly! Unite and dont tender your shares to them!!

Keep in mind, if they have no intention to revise, $2.10 would ve been stated as final offer and the privatization will fail. I am game for this. I do not think they will extend further without revising the offer price. This is different from Vard.

But how about the losses of the 'associate'? It must be come out from one company account, this will make the whole deal even more complicated should this ever happen, of coz i believe they will comply the rule as always.
