Maybe you need to use another source that tracks the changes real time, one that updates prices every second. The one you quoted had not been updated real time maybe due to US holiday.

Which means you don' t really know RH petrogas' s business well enough..... it' s more closely related to Brent Crude rather than WTI.. rex is also more closely related to Brent but also dependent on WTI

Oil prices jumped almost 3 per cent on Thursday as a week-old air war between Israel and Iran escalated and uncertainty about potential US involvement kept investors on edge. Brent crude futures settled up US$2.15, or 2.8 per cent, to US$78.85 a barrel, its highest close since Jan 22.
