The ceo Dr.Andy Adhiwana is the son in law of Dr.Stephen Riady chairman of OUE group..Dr.Andy just received Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship award 2016 for consumer goods industry..hope this young chap can spur Auric to its heydays when Ms Saw stepped down due to health reasons
Auric has never issued any rights ,warrants,bonus issues..in its hey days traded $3-4 equivalent to cold storage shares...its shares not diluted since its first trading...

Cross 90cts 91.5cts as at 12july 2016..all loses have been included in impairment with a clean balance sheet and the first quarters results have exceeded whole of 2015 results. Hope Auric can see its heydays again | ||||

Slowly moving up to $0.775. But volume is pathetic. Dr. Andy Adhiwana continued to buy from the market, increasing his deemed interest to 24.89%. Would not be surprised to find out later that today' s orders are also from him. |

Yesterday this illiquid stock added another 1.5 cents to $0.75. Total transaction volume of 189.000 shares is much higher than average for this stock. Strong technically. Today yet to trade. Let' s see whether the technical positivity can be reinforced later in the day.

A very illiquid stock, difficult for trading. But there are some price movement in the last 2 sessions. Right now, up 1.5 cents to $0.74. Perhaps someone might have smelt something from the insider buyings. COO Oo Hoe Hee bought 34,000 shares from the open market on Mar 28, his fresh holdings in the company. And Executive Director Dr. Andy Adhiwana, has slowly increased his deemed interest in the company to 24.64% as of Mar 18, 2016 through Bravado International. Earlier, the group reported huge loss in FY2015, due to exceptional impairment charges amounting to $44m. Maybe, as saturn80 said, they are trying to tidy things up for a new start. NAV = $1.27 |
