Their reps is 4.4cps, but only reward investors with less than 1ct div, or less tha 23% of its earning. So in spite nav at 52ct, it is selling at 35/35.5. Unlike UMS, reps is 7.2cps, but gives 4.5c div, or 62.5% of its earnings. So in spite nav at 44c, it is selling at 63.5c. If CEWL can increase its div to say 50-60%, of its earnings, likely to shoot up to 50-60cts quite easily. So imo, only way for price to hv power, is to increase its div distribution. No point focusing on expending its project base. Practically every month got awards of this major project, and that one, but do nothing to the share value, instead just keep dropping, so what the for.
