Depend on CPF investors on how they view CMA offer, CFP investors is key to privatisation. Try to short change them then deal is dead, 2004 temasek is good example. Hope CMA more creative than temasek to win 90% over, temasek sucks at PR since run by nerf who got high IQ zero EQ |

CMA has already bought more than 2% from open market , if they continue to buy , believe CMA can obtain 90% without problem . So max will be 1.30. | ||||

Tigerair is one example we can based off, SIA try to undercut retail investors but got hand burnt only got 80% after 2 months. In NOL case, CMA more determined to take NOL private and had more successful experience than temasek so just hold on to ur share and wait out |

Ya man. Dont be con by the sell queue. Every 1 lot to put up for sale, they buy 10 lots. In that way, they save a lot of money on the M& A. They will save 6% of the total cost compared to paying the shareholders $1.30. Something like $30 mil if everyone sell to them in the open market at current price. Else they wont be so free as to engage the 3 banks to buy from open market for them. |

Don matter much since ah gong selling off nol to cma, make/lose money all don matter now. Waiting for antitrust approval then nol bid war between cma and investors start |

Yup that is the risk but compare to what is happening in market , it nothing. By the time CMA offer, market most likely would enter bear cycle and valuation on best stock would had tank 30% . Current market is bad everyone taking 20% paper loss on their portfolio. |

Don worry cma offer is conditional on antitrust approval and > 50% so basically if u accept the 1.30 offer u get pay when offer end. But CMA look determined to get 90% and do a force buyout so chances of higher offer . The issue on cma is whether they get remaining 20% to force a buyout, 1.30 is there for u to grab upon acceptable |
