RESTRUCTURING OF SHAREHOLDING ARRANGEMENTS WITH FRAM EXPLORATION ASA
Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used in this announcement shall bear the same meanings
ascribed to them in the Company?s announcements dated 21 October 2013, 28 October 2013, 4 November
2013 and 15 November 2013 in relation to the restructuring of shareholding arrangements with Fram
Exploration ASA (the ?Announcements?).
The Board of Directors (the ?Board?) of the Company refers to the Announcements and would like to update
that the Company and Fram had agreed to amend the number of New Fram Shares to be issued to the
Company from 1,256,323 to 1,205,962 (?Amendment?). The New Fram Shares will be issued at
approximately US$5.80 per New Fram Share. Subsequent to the Amendment, the Company is pleased to announce that the Company had on
20 November 2013, received 1,205,962 New Fram Shares, valued at USD 7 million and representing
approximately 4.79% of the enlarged share capital of Fram, in exchange for Rex US?s 20 per cent direct
interest in Fram?s Colorado and North Dakota concessions (?US Concessions?) and a cash payment of
USD 4.51 million. The Company also had on 15 November 2013, issued and allotted 4,518,072 new Shares to Fram, in relation
to the acquisition of an additional 12.18 per cent stake in Caribbean Rex.
Pursuant to the fulfilment of the condition precedents in relation to the US Concessions and acquisition of an
additional 12.18 per cent stake in Caribbean Rex, the Company, Rex US and Fram had on 20 November 2013, completed the aforementioned transactions (?Completion?). Following the Completion, the Company holds 27.86% of the issued share capital of Fram and no longer has
any direct interest in the US Concessions.

 Alert Admin 		I bet to differ.  Looking back to 2007 when DBS Vickers promotes so much s-chips landed many people to Holland. Even so convincing to the extreme of  their analysts  making trips to China factories and return with fantastic datas of expansion, cash-rich, beautiful accounting figures of these companies. And now, what happen?  Wonder why people are still so confident and naïve over these analysts.  Probably, these are the lots that does not do homework and trade or invest blindly following the noises on the background.

You are welcome MMROONIE5.  My comments that their IPO listing at 0.50 cts is too ex.  Therefore, it would be great if in the short term seeing slightly below the IPO price of 0.40-0.45 will be a good bet.  Investing or trading in shares got to be patient.  When it goes up would be great opportunity to sell and lock-in profit.  Vice versa, when it goes down would be a good opportunity to buy as they could be over-beaten stocks by short sellers trying to pick-up cheap at rock-bottom prices.  This gives us buying opportunity as well.  This applies only if the company is sound, cash rich, viable management and pofitable  company.  DO NOT CHASE STOCK!  Once again, vest with care!

collected this between 60-63c as a small trade. not intending to hold this long term but i was looking at 71c initially. hope we will see some action today nearing close for the msci rebalancing. although selling today seems strong.

Treat  those houses analysts  with just a pinch of salt and be not duly  overwhelmed by their target prices.  Frankly, I personally don't believed in those analysts commentaries as it is only  their assigned  job functions.  If they are so-called gurus, they doesn't need to be analysts as they can earned millions by taking-up positions themselves. Then why work?      This counter is highly-risked with ups and downs.  Even though I have entered at price of 0.56, my target price to with quite  reasonable profit is set at 0.68.  Do your own homework and analysis. Vest with care and good luck
