Because one of the research house (CIMB, I think) upgrade SATs to buy in, on the expectation that the increase in flight traffic would increase SATs revenue. But there are obviously good (in fact very strong) reason why UOB downgraded the share. Go find out for yourselves. A hint here: Go do an informal talk with some of its staff, treat them to some kopi or something. I have not taken any position on this counter.

as expected my favorite counter dropped more then the dividend to 2.47 yesterday. to me this can be a good entry point to start accumulating becos now everyone go for dividend n reit stocks. well i got huge collection of reits.....cheers

i got this counters for many years le din even bother to see how much profit liao. this is a good counter to hold long long. but dividend of 21cents had driven price up by abt 20 cents since 14/5 announcement not to mention it actually move from 2.45 when analysis tok abt good performance may result in good dividend way back in Feb. so........ make ur judgement how much it will drop on ex 31/7 (FOMC's period). however if u die die wanna long this then dont bother but those that buy after announcement 14/5 r speculators that will dump on ex....hardcore supporters bought n nv sell.....cheers |
