The 28M(stablising shares) goes directly to the company.If SSH taken up the shares how come their share % can be reduced?? You are just being too biased in yr views.lol

Several Rex SSH sold and reduce their shares holding from 57.02% to 55.43% on 30 Aug 13. Not a very gd sign. |

The file have to using window explorer to open, even my PC is win 8 also can't open, now I'm away from my PC n using iPad so can't open as well .
P s if you are using PC, choose open file by Internet explorer will do.

the breaking point today was 0.755. once it was breached, floodgates open and hit a peak of 0.765. then afternoon collapse back to opening price. |

The Board of Directors of Rex International Holding Limited (the ?Company? and together with its subsidiaries, the ?Group?) refers to the announcements dated 30 July 2013 and 29 August 2013, and is pleased to announce the allotment and issuance of the 28,000,000 Additional Shares in respect of the Over-allotment Option, which had been exercised in full by UOB Kay Hian Private Limited as the Stabilising Manager on 29 August 2013 (?Allotment and Issuance?). Following the Allotment and Issuance, 28,000,000 Additional Shares have been returned to Rex Commercial Ltd pursuant to the terms of the Share Lending Agreement, and the Additional Shares will thereafter be subject to the moratorium undertaking as disclosed in the Offer Document. The Additional Shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares of the Company. Pursuant to the Allotment and Issuance, the total number of issued Shares of the Company has increased from 976,683,156 Shares to 1,004,683,156 Shares. The Additional Shares will be listed and quoted on the Catalist of the SGX-ST and trading will commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on or around Monday, 2 September 2013.
