New management has done an excellent job. Great to see it rising closer to its correct value of at least 1.8c imo. Can now see a new profit making, low debt company and a potential synergistic tie up with the latest majority HK shareholder. Please DYOD as always.. Vested |

KLW finally start to trade closer to its value. Those who missed 0.7c to 1c i think it is still not too late. The 2 biggest shareholders bought theirs at 1.2c and 2 c respectively.. Those who can buy lower are no losers i believe. No contra. Please DYOD. AGM has been scheduled on 30th July in their new CT Hub office. Hope more information will be released then. Vested. |

Nobody know why Quek is selling now but he is definitely no fool .. He bought 1bil shares at 0.4c, became the largest shareholder, pushed for an EGM, kicked out the previous mgtm, but played out by Sponsor and abandoned by auditor... He persisted, put in place his team, found a steady Sponsor and later cheaper and friendly auditor. Now, KLW revenues and earnings started to head north. No more Lee.. No more negative news like we all saw before. Share prices should return back to its right value sooner! And we all should thank him for it :) I venture to suggest why he sell.. He paid 0.4c and sold at 1.2c . Profit 200% or about $8mil over 8-9 months is awesome investment. How many ppl can earn $1m per month? Besides he is over 70 and definitely not young to run the business long term.. So he cashed out. Is he an idiot? I guess not. He can possibly buy some from those in the mkt, who are willing to sell between 0.8-1.1c out there.. The price 1.2c can be either ' under value' , ' actual value' or ' over value' . Only Quek and Wong would know. And this deal is between 2 most willing and happy buyer and seller. It is unlikely for Wong to acquire 1 bil KLW shares at or more than its value. In fact, it has to be deeply ' under valued' with substantial benefits for Wong to be excited especially so in this current mkt environment. He must have insights on KLW potentials and have plans to create even better values for himself and fellow shareholders going fwd. Only time will tell.. I stayed vested, convinced and willing to see it happen soon. Hopefully very soon :) |

Imo, the development is good new to KLW shareholders. Ask ourselves why Wong is keen to put in 1.2c for the company? As a businessman, is 1.2c a good price to invest? What is his future plan? Will he pick up more from sellers at 0.8-1.2c? Brunei prince and HK businessman surely look like a formidable force.. Think about it.. Dyod. Vested :) |

Mr Wong is a Hong Kong tycoon with listed company in Hong Kong. Does it mean will have joint venture? Vested but new to penny stocks |

KLW has in place a better management to run and stabalize the biz since Lee left. Hope the good result will continue and investors' trust returned. The numbers are excellent! Beside quarterly revenues uptick, cash on hand is about 0.8c per share. NAV 1.3c. Brunei Prince is still holding having vested at 2c. And me as well. Currently trading 0.7c to 0.8c. Hope to watch it take off soon.. :) DYOD. |
