typo tks for pointing out ..fraction means out of outstanding shares some 1.8bil (according to souce) just a small %. limitied consideration i also dk wat it is thats why highlight some parts from the long 168 pages EGM file here to discuss. OR is the Resoultion no. in the EGM documents which most likely to pass all in the EGM. this RTO thing has been ding dong since 2016-7? anyway those who vested lets keep our fingers cross..dont really understand the full contect of the EGM documents. |

the upcoming EGM n exercise alot of things read until blur..simiilar to last time peter lim' s Thomson Medical warrants exercise in term of financial engineering. what is different is of cos the model of biz n profitbility, outlook , market shares etc. There is a resolution for consodilation of shares 50 to 1 @ 0.525 that works out to 0.0105. but only for 157mil of consideration shares. (OR 3) outstanding shares is 1.8bil? also 62.3mil shares to Mr ching (oxley) at 0.00963 (OR 5) but he can settle 64.5mil share at 0.1550 (OR 4) THEN OR 8 issue 16mil shares at no less than 0.20c depend on market conditions... so blur but thing to note that the resolution share placement all that is just a friction of total outstanding shares of arti (1.8bil according to source) |
