Four possible outcomes: Case I : Singtel happy + Yoma sad Case II : Singtel sad + Yoma happy Case III : Singtel happy + Yoma happy Case IV : Singtel sad + Yoma sad Whatever the outcome might be (though I think case I is more probable), the one who is sad will be smiling (congratulating the winner & consoling oneself) while the happy one will be crying (" We've won!!! DIGICEL has been in Myanmar much longer than anyone foreign Telcos.Digicel is street ahead than Singtel.
IMO, Digicel(the strongest contender)and either Singtel or KDDI or MTN most like will be awarded the license tomorrow. I'm not too sure YOMA will drop 10 cents if it won't get the telco license.
