I think come-Monday after the EGM. The price of $0.518 is the illustrated price used to reflect on what will happen after the exercise. Based on the Q& A reported recently, even if the number of Pref Units issued is at the highest end of the range, our DPU will still be accretive vs 2022' s full-year results. What we need to think abt is if there is any ' snag' this year that might not have been common in 2022' s results. The assumed price used for the Pref Offering is $0.518 per unit. Details are in the Circular to the EGM. The ratio has not been determined yet. Note this is from available cash in your SRS account. You cannot transfer more money to your SRS account if you already exceed your transfer limit for the year. Details of PS not out but some offers allow excess to be applied if one wishes. Do be careful if you use mail to submit as the timing for reply is normally quite short hence you need to act promptly as I know many people missed their submission deadline from SRS equity which has PS issue exercise.
