Besides, if the company has good prospect on growing, but lack of cash for operation cost, to get any loan of lowest possible interest rate like the green loan, to earn for the net profit, else, has business potential, has prospect, but no cash, therefore no mean to tender or win tender, how to make a living in Seatrium? how to pay shareholder divident? There is debt equity ratio to measure how a company owe debt for the running of the company, of course if so much better if Seatrium has own tonne of $ billions in bank, then no need any debt, that will be few years later hopefully. Bank Guarantee of this kind might be new to some, for Seatrium like some members quoted, is a show of confidence by the bankers, which should be a positive note.

Let' s not get ahead of ourselves on its first half results. Profits is only real if is cash +ve, not only in numbers or by some accoounting convention. Gives me further conviction to continue my DCA.  Vested.
