What strategy ? You as a CEO has the first insider news . IF i am the CEO ,I will not sell off a single percent of my share if I am confident that this vaccine can be pushed to the market . He sold it means he also have doubts regarding his invention . A lot of questions was posted by the media but it seems that the company could not answer to it . Yes right now , the whole market is greatly affected the vaccine news . I will not see a surge in pricing within this 2 weeks . Even tech stock are stumbling . Logically , the virus is having mutation in some countries , it will not be easy . |

Well to be clear, pfizer ceo only sold 62 percent of his shares totaling 5.2 mio. It's actually not a bad play when the dow was at all time highs n he had news to back up his price move. He still have 38 percent to capture anymore upside. So I think it's a sound strategy. | ||||

play with guts . If Pfizer vaccine cfm 100% can be out soon , why the CEO sell his share ? Dont tell me that an educated person do not know how much can his company shares soares if their vaccine is proved ?? This week defintely there is a hugh sell down as all are afraid . News never comes out " ' 100% can be pushed to the market and there is still chances for recovery .

Of course his selling is done correctly and it is his right what he wants to do. Personally I just take note Pfizer CEO selling too fast as " huh?" . Up to others how they want to see it.

I think you mean Pfizer CEO selling US$5.6mill in stock on same day as vaccine news. Personally find it too fast. If vaccine is so wonderful, then should CEO should hold longer. Contrast with Top Glove boss so confident of business that he bought RM 69.9mill of TG shares in Bursa yesterday.

Yesterday already drop 16.8%. One of the worst hit gloves and PPE yesterday. At PE of 9 for share price $1.20 cheap enough liao. Profits results expected this Friday and PE likely becomes 6 for share price $1.20. The cheapest glove counter in SGX, where to find any cheaper?
