313 got many shoppers. The Freehold property Sky Italia is also a great portfolio to have, although it stands only 30 % . One of theThe tenant with Sky Italia is of defensive sector, more resilient than commercial and retail. Another one is Broadcasting facility that requires high specifications fitting and features. Not easy for a satellite broadcasting firm to move its studios to another office just like that as compared to other businesses .

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT to be part of GPR APREA Investable REIT 100 IndexREITsFelicia Tan 4/06/2020, 5:46pm
SINGAPORE (June 4): The manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (LREIT) has announced Thursday that it will be included in the GPR APREA Investable REIT 100 Index at the start of trading on June 22.
The GPR APREA Composite Index tracks the dynamics of listed real estate securities (including REITs) across 14 countries and eight sectors in Asia Pacific. It takes into account the market capitalisation, liquidity and operational turnover of components for inclusion in the index. As at April 30, the index comprises 168 constituents, and represents some US$247 billion (S$345.11 billion) of the free float market capitalisation. The inclusion will further enhance trading liquidity of LREIT in the REIT sector. LREIT is also included in the MSCI Singapore Index on May 29. Lendlease Global Commercial REIT Joins MSCI Singapore Small Cap IndexMay 18, 2020 &mdash Lendlease Global Commercial Trust Management Pte. Ltd. (the &ldquo Manager&rdquo ), the manager of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (&ldquo LREIT&rdquo ), is pleased to announce that LREIT will be included in the MSCI Singapore Small Cap Index after market trading closes on 29 May 2020. The inclusion comes seven months following the listing of LREIT on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
