Furthermore, we all know the background of the major shareholders David Loh and Hang Seng Juan, both were the former UOB A-team. We know this team brought in a lot of JUNK s-chips to Singapore that resulted in billions of losses for investors. So would the authority support what the company wants to do? You can go ask government. Both TTJ (5,000 beds), and Hock Lian Seng (3,000 beds) also not renewed. Centurion Westlite Tuas is 8,600 beds. If not renewed, the impact will be quite huge for its bottom line. I think government not happy with the way the dorms are run. It might have some other ideas how to do it properly.

The Westlite Tuas workers dormitory lease expiry in April 2017 most likely will NOT get renewed by URA. It is Centurion largest workers dormitory. Maybe buy only after April announcement. |

It was on down trend after hitting around 80 in April 2014....it is now on strong up trend to recover all the loss ground....very good sign...
