x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	The rights are at .5 cents now which means plus 2 cents equal 25 which is currently what the main share price... If u ask me it is quite pointless to purchase the rights off the market... which also means klw main share price will chiong. So that the rights will follow accordingly... The bosses won't let the share price stay this way and the whole rights thing will be pointless. They are just collecting for the push. Monday klw will be above 3 cents. Please do your own analysis.

I' m new to investing and hence I do not quite understand the situation going on. Can anyone enlighten me on the recent changes in KLW and what I am suppose to do? Thanks!

x 2   x 0  Alert Admin	the rights give u an ' option' to buy share at a certain stated price, which is 0.02 in this case. the rights given to you are free, because u hold a certain no. of shares of the counter. So when the time to execute the ' option of purchase' u will need to pay up the difference of 0.02 per share for every right u own, otherwise, those rights will be worthless after the said period. another option is to sell the rights on the market, which is the new counter u see KLW R. rights can be traded like a stock counter, until they expire. if you choose to purchase rights off the market, you will then own the ' option of purchase' of KLW shares at 0.02 each. So effectively, if u buy the rights shares at 0.005, and u pay 0.02 for the actual share, you will in fact be paying for the actual counter' s price now. If you intend to buy the shares, it would be better to just buy KLW, forget abt the rights. and remember to pay up for your ' option of purchase' for those rights given to you, other wise you lose the value of the rights and get nothing out of it. most ppl trade rights as a leverage of the main counter.

Question is, how do I buy the rights? It cost like 0.005 in that KLW:R counter, but I read that the rights costs 0.02? How does it work? Thank you in advance.
