It was announced in case of GLP, for example, parties had expressed interest in a takeover, and the assessment of bids and negotiations were ongoing. During that period GLP never went into lengthy TH correct? It just kept on trading. When the deal was announced, however, it did go into a TH in the period immediately before final details released. AMAL and Burwill may have come to terms, now the lawyers ironing out the final terms, writing everything up, and then they sign anything. Only then they announce. When they were negotiating no need to TH as could go either way, but now they likely agreed so TH. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	There may be other moving parts in this than just AMAL and the sponsors preparing the annoucement. So it may or may not take little longer. Assuming they were negotiating something, then one may need to consider they (a) reached a verbal agreement, (b) then the lawyers iron out/prepare formal documents, (c) then they sign it, and then (d) formal announcement. Between time of verbal agreement till formal announcement one would hope that announcement is being prepared and verified at same time any legal issues ironed out. But with anything legal getting the fine print done can always cause a delay. We are to privy to the negotiations, what legal documents need to be finalized, documents signed and lodged etc which will go on behind closed doors before we get a formal announcement. Even if announcement is easy to prepare, the legal stuck could cause some slow steps. Just need some patience as we not prixy to all going on. But hopefully from past lessons they do not drag it. I do believe they (management and sponsor) might constantly checkout the forums but this is not the correct channel to communicate to them. I would suggest that you drop them an email to convey this message. And when enough shareholders do so, they might work on it with more urgency. I hope this trading halt do not turn into suspension again! That will be detrimental to the SP. I hope they have learnt their lession. If Burwill were to provide additional loan to AM in terms of CB, then it would require last traded price to determine the conversion price. And this will be sensitive enough to warrant for trading halt. The only question is why if there is a loan to Am, and Tawana do not qualify for it also. Unless its the way the agreement is structured under Lithco rather than Tawana make it difficult for Burwill to issue any CB to Lithco. Meaning AM wants to raise more than the capex and straight into the plant future working capital. This should be a gd news since the financing risk is taken off the table. 2) Like what Bro Atom and others have pointed out, TA off take does not involve Tawana for now as they have not utilised $12.5m of expenditure ans hence an offtake involving TA might be a possibility.  Any other possibilities for this TH

Meaning AM wants to raise more than the capex and straight into the plant future working capital. This should be a gd news since the financing risk is taken off the table. 2) Like what Bro Atom and others have pointed out, TA off take does not involve Tawana for now as they have not utilised $12.5m of expenditure ans hence an offtake involving TA might be a possibility.  Any other possibilities for this TH?
