TH, KC, SCM mgmts, JPM and CS have gone through the books, plans of KOM and SCM. 2.  TH, KC, SCM mgmts, JPM and CS are professional and thorough and did their due diligence 3. The terms and conditions of the proposed merger are firm 4.
