Does KOM appear like a company which goes after contracts that will end up losing money?  Does SCM Mgmt want to merge with such a company? FY 2019 - Loss $137m Rig owners dont trust given contracts to a builder which has been losing money over the years and facing problems like SCM. KOM, bidding for contracts, bid under the solid umbrella of KC.    Which builder, KOM or SCM has better credibility? The above are facts which no minority SHs can deny
