I found the link to the DBS Full Report. Very substantial piece and well researched. I am stupified that the prices were pushed down so low, and then DBS releases this report. Broker' s take: DBS says Tuan Sing is an under-appreciated asset play and a ' buy' TUE, JUN 16, 2020 - 11:08 AM DBS Group Research, in a note on Tuesday, initiated coverage on Tuan Sing with a " buy" call and target price of 38 Singapore cents on potential value-unlocking activities from its Gul Technologies (GulTech) unit, and expected post-pandemic rebound in performance for its core investment properties. Calling the stock an " under-appreciated asset play" and a " deep value play" , Mr Tan said GulTech' s value unlocking could take the form of a divestment or receipt of dividend. Should hit back 0.28-0.30 today. Something is up...maybe selling Gultech or just phase 2 news speculation. Turns out Shouldnt have sold 0.200 bottom shares at 0.25 lol. |

0.26 liao, just in time for upcoming special dividend in Q3/Q4 soon. Like i said, second half of the FY till Feb of following year, historically has always been when TS share price spikes. |

This is the usual push-down at the close scenario. But, if you want to buy at lower prices, the sell queue is very thin. Hard to get at the better prices, unless you buy up. Worse is if you buy and it only hits a few lots, and then makes the commission very high. | ||||
