yes, many disappointed with tis counter currently include myself But one thing we can see they are trying best to win orders , price consolidation and also clearing the previous mess (which are not easy) Unless there' s world recession, if not buy and keep as some say , will monitor for nxt 3 mths |

Most of the Longists since just before merger had miscalculated the operational car wash effect and the unexpected mighty short selling in a prolonged time since July 23. This had in fact caused many good opoortunities missed over the year.

Excluding exceptional items1(below), Underlying EBITDA jumped 456% year-on-year to S$628 million in FY2023 from S$113 million in FY2022 (net order book in FY2022 was at S$6.3 bn, before merger). Net order book at end 2023 is at S$16.2 bn, while year to date by May 24 is at S$25.8 bn. 1 Exceptional items comprise write-downs, provisions for contracts, legal and corporate claims, and merger expenses. Currently the set back is still the operation car wash matter, any more outstanding arbitration and the short selling, while the pro could be the huge impairments and provision already provided in 2023 to make way for better forwad accounting years that cover forseeable legal and corporate claims (include probably any outstanding arbitration as said), the year to date huge and possible more order book. Unless for those who cut lost fast enough in the past year, who else will sell at a bigger lost? there might be though, DYODD. Is a matter of those to date that bleed, how hard they bite the bullets and how well they play with the game to minimise the damage over the year, if any. For those who is still holding, hopefully we will rise and ride with the rainbow very soon, not necessary to the Moon. For those that is IN The Money from Seatrium, they are more than happy to invest further. For those who is not holding, no comment.
