x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	Dear Earlybird14, I strongly disagree with your statements. 1) If you stay neutral- You should not be quoting (In short term, moving average of 5, 10 and 20 days are downtrend) 2) If this (can be easily obtain from any chart reading tools), why do you stay neutral/ no ending date on on all your statements? 3) If a person is stating prediction with start, end date with price stated- How can it be funny since i used my reputation & is at stake for writing openly to the public in regards to the prediction accuracy? 4) If I can do what you failed to do or refused to do (Start & End Date with price on your statement)- I think is a responsibility owedto the public, that is too serious to be funny. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Muddy raised the issue on Biological assets gain which they said Olam reported unrealistic fair value gain from the commodity stock they have. Wilmar and all other Palm oil counters all recorded same biological assets gain to boost their asset value in balance sheet. This Biological assets  are something very difficult to justify since price itself fluctuating, due to country protection policy, country price may not be same as global price. For example, now coffee bean price is very high, shall Olam record higher asset gain or how much they can record. Can Muddy really go to all Olam or Wilmar store to verify thousand thousand tonnes biological assets, difficult right. So, Since Olam survive well now, Wilmar shall be alright since the same method cannot be used again, olam is running well after attack. Wilmar will be same if gonna attack. Olam didn' t write off anything and the auditing firm just sign the result off. Noble case is on recorded on unfair value gain on their every commodity transaction. The Autralian Yancoal 200million  impairment write off fully exposed Noble is cheating. Total 438Million impairment loss was written off just in 2014. Those happen in the past is not traceable, hard for E& Y to justify if the assets in the book shall be written off. Furthermore, company report profit but cash flow is negative which is very fishy and now need to raise bond or notes to cope with the cash flow problem. I personnelly think that  Olam and Noble as different case. Olam past the test and what they need to do is to make sure they record all these gain properly and Temasek become biggest shareholders, so market will tend to believe Olam. Wilmar so far, nobody touch them, may be Kuok family is experience enough to handle their assets properly and honest enough, so far nobody touch them. Noble, they consistently has problem, the confidence crisis happen years before when CEO is sacked and company making big loss. After that Noble become very profitable after CEO leaving.
