 Alert Admin 		Looking at the chart, 50/50.5 would be a good price to buy if it gets there.  Furthermore, the chairman bought 1 million shares at 50.5.

 Alert Admin 		Should not be too worry as the company knows the exact use of fund is for business expansion.
in fact, extra shares at high price is good, it helps to average up the NAV per share.

Step-by-step
  1. Existing shares: Geo Energy had about 1.74 billion shares outstanding.
  2. New shares issued: Two placements of 15 million each = 30 million shares.
  3. New total shares:  1.74B + 30M = 1.77B 
  4. Dilution factor:
    1.77B divide by 1.74B = ~ 1.017 
    That is a 1.7% increase in the share base.

Applying to EPS



Since EPS is profit ÷ shares, the new EPS is the old EPS divided by this dilution factor:
EPS (new) = 4.86 divide by 1.017= ~4.78 cents

With this durther 2% share dilution, maybe 4.7 cents, provided no further upside on earnings due to the new acquisition.

Wait for next analysis to have a better guage, I suppose
