x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Holds about 10% Aspen worth 33Mil. Oxley is worth 928Mil. Aspen is about 3.6%, not really significance now. BUT could be worth much more if Aspen continue to surge. Oxley 52 week low is 0.195. A safer bet.if you believe Aspen going to outer space.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Apparently many Hong Kongers are snapping up London and UK properties, to get out of Hong Kong and move to UK. Oxley should market its Deanston Wharf London and Connolly Station Dublin projects in Hong Kong at premium pricing and forget Singapore and the UK.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	the other issue is they never give updates on their legal battles. we dont know where they stand with the hotel suit (i think the buyer wanted the option monies back) and the ongoing KAP case. generally speaking from the announcements, they only talk about positive legal outcomes ... so my assumption is when they dont talk about other cases, its either too early to talk, or negative. Oxley should have known all these as most transactions for cashflow improvements were there in early July. Waiting to see their actual results to assess and hope the loss is still better than the peers... The 80% shareholders should show some support to demonstrate their confidence. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Learnt the painful way about NAV. Past profits if not paid out as dividends add to NAV. So if past profits are non-cash (e.g. fair value gains), then the NAV may be overstated. Another way to say the same thing is... NAV may be artificially high by the value of the assets are written up (via fair value gains) or overstated because of contingent liabilities or future losses. All these are partly reflected by the discount to NAV. So take NAV with a tub of salt. I also expect the banks, energy and transport related to declare lower profits Q2 soon. The only companies making good money now are those making gloves, vaccine and ventilators.
