But really doubt semb ind will do so. Keppel land is financial healthy, so privatization is ok. But sembmar in trouble, they may need credit any time, to maintain the listing can allow sembmar raise cash from public through right issue or also easy to issue bonds, so, semb ind highly likely won' t privatise semb mar at this difficult time.
