Major stakeholders would not reduce their stakes in the company unless something is not right as they know the financial strength of the company very well. UMS currently only have 1 major shareholder  (> 5%)  and since Andy is reducing his stakes yearly, what will happen if his holdings goes below 5% (i think he currently has about 19%)? Still business as usual or ....????? Are there any companies that do not have any major shareholders listed on SGX?
