Non dilutive financing options = shpuld be neutral or good for shareholders of Rex.
Any finance experts here...can advise ? What possible non dilutive financing options? I think Rex can issue corporate bonds...but not sure if Oman market knows and accepts Rex Oman ? Or structured loans with collateral (maybe oil well?) Or corporate loan with royalty...ie. loan investors or large oil majors lends $$$ to Rex Oman and in return they get certain % on oil profits for xx time period, using oil well as collateral?
