Depends on when the option to purchase runs out. Tuan Sing only got 1% so far from the counterparty interested to buy Robinson pt. Not a done deal yet. |

To wake up dear Sleep Walking Slumberland TS, they need to announce big fat Special Dividend from Robinson Point sale, or GulTech Special Dividends with payments to Minorities. Otherwise, awesome sales figures from Opus Bay or Peak Residences. Look forward to these catalysts. Hope not same old same old. | ||

Tuan Sing should delist from SGX and relist in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Jakarta. Then the stock price will soar to NTA value of 90+ cents maybe. | ||

This stock had been on and off promote by brokering houses like UOBKH : DBS and KGI ....no one "zhun" one....TS also itself promote themself in the Zaobao about their properties and farming in Indonesia also like this similar like Hong Lai Huat...

DBS Group Research has maintained its &ldquo buy&rdquo call for Tuan Sing Holdings with an unchanged target price of 44 cents as it believes that the undervalued company may realise its upside potential. According to the brokerage, the company is currently trading between one and two standard deviations below its three-year mean. The low valuations could be due to Tuan Sing&rsquo s high net debt-to-equity and low interest coverage ratio. Nevertheless, DBS reckons the company' s share price may have yet to fully price in the completion of the Robinson Point sale and may appreciate further once the deal is confirmed. Moreover, GulTech &ndash the company&rsquo s printed circuit board manufacturing arm &ndash looks set to continue riding the semiconductor upcycle. A recovery in the company&rsquo s Australian hospitality business may be also on the cards as the Covid-19 crisis there subsides. &ldquo Trading at 0.3 times net asset value, we continue to see good value in the stock,&rdquo DBS analyst Derek Tan and the research team write in a note dated Sept 15. As at 12.11 pm, Tuan Sing was up 1 cent or 3.4% at 30.5 cents with 409,000 shares changed hands. |

Based on their sales and marketing - think they should be soft-launching their Opus Bay development in the next month or so. Can call their hotline and ask them. It looks very good in the marketing brochures, but whether the take-up will be strong is still up in the air. The pricing and development does look good so far. |
