CEO bought 500k @ $0.02 in Nov 23. Limited downside but windfall if it moves like Medtec and UG. Can easily hit $0.03-$0.035 if play starts.

General manager of Enviro-Hub unit resigns after CPIB interview
THE general manager of HLS Environmental, which is 80.25 per cent owned by Singapore-listed Enviro-Hub Holdings : L23 0%, has resigned.
The former general manager of HLS was interviewed by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) on Aug 31. The company did not disclose the details of the investigation, and did not name the general manager.
In an announcement posted on the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday (Sep 6), Enviro-Hub said it was informed of the CPIB investigation by the general manager, and added that it was not involved in the interview process. It added that the general manager had resigned on Sep 4.
Enviro-Hub said its board will make further announcements as and when material developments regarding the matter arise.

General manager of Enviro-Hub Holdings&rsquo subsidiary investigated by CPIB
The general manager of Enviro-Hub Holdings&rsquo L23 -11.11% 80.25%-owned subsidiary, HLS Environmental, was interviewed by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) around Aug 31.
According to Enviro-Hub, the investigation is an ongoing one and no charges have been filed against the general manager yet.
The company says it was not involved in the interview process by CPIB, adding that it is currently unaware of any impropriety or offence committed by the general manager. That said, the group will temporarily suspend the general manager&rsquo s official duties &ldquo until further notice&rdquo .

But the key question is had the business been directly or indirectly been affected by that relevant person helming the operations of the company? Has corporate governance been robust that it will not affect its other subsidiaries? Confidence dropped somewhat. | ||||
