x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' m stuck in some Sino shares. Sino reminds me of the wine company, Dukang. Many years ago in an investor meeting, I asked the Dukang CEO why is there some bank borrowings when the company has huge amount of cash. He said the company needs to maintain good relationship with the banks in case there is a need for future business. Then the company went on to invest, vertically, horizontally. Again, the CEO has some very good answers when I asked him why expand so rapidly when there is a slowdown in the sector. These Chinese towkays have lots of very good answers. China-men are particularly good in this. One of my China contact actually mocked me for not able to answer good questions in the " tai-chi" way. Fortunately, investors are not so stupid and the share price goes down or remain low. Unfortunately, some investors bought at higher levels and don' t know what to do.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I have same doubt last year when I asked this qn in AGM : Why keep expanding capex / capacity with yr cash flow when you have huge bonds (+interests) to settle since 5 yrs ago? Huang said must continue capex as already committed to the provincial government, otherwise land will be taken back. Its bad decision in my opinion, as SG pays huge finance costs on those borrow money to build capacity. Not forgetting they can always tap OEM suppliers to plug any gap. Basically SG working for bonds holders than for shareholders. It only make sense if you make more profit on borrow money. A similar case Dukang stucked with excess capacity while burning cash. Anyway, do not overstay bcos of Huang is a SSH. Many ways for them to play minority SH. If you are optimistic in china beverage mkt, its better to invest in ?¤?V?g?B If you are hoping for IPO, ask yourself is it worth the risk and capital and time? Pls dont take my word for it, do your own investigation and what is good for yourself. p/s. I started investing since 2012. Make money 1st round, lost money 2nd round (with Thai). Itchy finger bought 3rd round when IPO filed, sold out at loss as I realised too much time and risk. Might as well buy China Sunsine / Aviation or ?¤?V?g?B

SB2 Bonds not paid as agreed  since Jun 2017 and quoted reason pending approval from chinese government for offshore transfer  (annouced Nov 2018 3Q results that extended it Jan 2018) until now still pending approval with no dates mentioned at all... hoohoo

AAA grading does help in certain way if going for IPO. All point to a positive resolution of major events. We have waited so long, what is another few months. IPO or no IPO, don' t think the price will move from this zone unless these 2 burdensome stones are removed.  Question that many asked .  If the company has cash and is profitable every quarter, why not settle the loan and bonds? Show us the money.  The doubts will remain until the two is cleared. Minority shareholders get nothing, he and his management team get all the rewards.  His renum, salary plus bonus shares add up to S$2.2 million last year.  He should have at least some conscience after getting the huge renum year after year, to give shareholders some pittance peanut div to chew.  I have a very low opinion of him. To me, he is very crafty, don' t expect anything good from him. Even when he buys up the shares, it is not to enhance share holders value but his own share value, as he holds the majority stake, 35.95%. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Volume picked up and prices maintained at 23cts, although initial surge to 24cts couldn't maintained. Likely sellers from those whom bought on contra basis and need let go. Those who bought in now with no news yet signal some buying interest and maybe pending for company to come out with some news? Don't think will have contra players this week, after the previous surge from 20cts to 25cts cooled down. No one wants to be caught in a too short period of time of T + 5 days. Unless really have credible news within a week. Dyodd.
