It is a very good move as the money given out in dividend can be used to get more profits and this in turn would lift up its nav.They have been giving out more than 10% dividend in the past few years. so the nav could easily surpass the 10% growth. They should also think about buying back the shares. Let us see what happens in the long run. vested/
