Seriously, even in Singapore i can build a factory in 2yrs maximum with just 20mil to produce canned drinks. And Huang needs how long?

Just as I have thought, bondholders have various options including asking for cash redemption of the bonds due for Feb 2017 and pressed Sino Grandness to loan from their available credit facilities, to get themselves out, if the business is deem to be failing or the IPO is not going to be approved (eventually). And the change to preferences shares hinted that Sino Grandness has the negotiation done with some cards yet to played. Why would bondholders agreed to have preferences shares if current share price sucks at 24cts and that IPO not approved will sure pull it down to under 20cts. All the discussion and documents are written, published to the public, to the investors, so that Sino Grandness can easily sneak their way thru? Well ... If that is the real situation, then, something must be wrong with our stock exchange and regulations. And not to forget that there are the auditors for Sino Grandness too. Even if it takes 30 months, it would means my returns will be worth the wait. . Vested. PS: every investment carries risks. I am ready to be burnt if the opposite happens. Otherwise, the returns will be double in years to come when IPO news come. In the business world, you never give up. Many noises here asking why IPO didn't get approved and stating will never be approved blah blah blah. Why didn't they just ask the mgt at the AGM and pass their critics there straight to their faces? Scare kena sue isn't? Balls swallowed back into own's throat?? Talk here is cheap, don't need to be responsible for any allegations these ppl post. They act as tot they are big businessman or investors, criticising ppl's business to an extreme of product being recall and share being suspended. These kind of ppl, as I mentioned, are simply hypocrites. If you have any good proof of what you states, bring it on. Till today, when the bondholders are giving their support to the restructuring, and with the documentation done and agreed by the parties involved, I see no apparent reason why there shld be any doubts in the reality of the plan and the proposal. Whether successful or not, we just need time to tell. And, pls stop bringing up the history. No business will prosperous by keep looking at the past events. A successful business is planning for the future, trying for more possible ventures or deals, and going ahead with any pending plans. Some hypocrites just can't look forward and accept possibilities of success for business like Sino Grandness which had previously failed them in their targets. Someone had once wished for Sino Grandness to be $1 .. $3 .. $5. Greed. But when it didn't materialised and disappointed him, he started to jump ship and then slam Sino Grandness all the way from the time he exit his investment in the company. We can't stop you from all your fake critics, but share price is still at post rights issue level above 21cts. Whether what's the future, I don't need to further argue with these hypocrites. Just do my price checks regularly here. Remember to look at my price checks each day. When you see the drop or the word suspended, you can laugh and clap all you wanted. But ... Not this moment. I would not be able to think of the reasons if status is withdrawn or lapsed but I will be very worried if status is rejected. Garden Fresh listing application was not rejected by HKSE.
