x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Medtecs biz before the pandemic has not been good. It' s revenue was contributed from OEM. With this opportunity, the pandemic has helped it to establish its own brand. I am not too sure about those gloves manufacturers where they had already taken a big market share before the pandemic.  I see the potential growth of Medtecs which has been in progress. The more new costomers (Philippines, Taiwan, UK, Europe, US, Japan etc) they can secure during this period, the higher will be their long term prospect. Their PPEs are consumerable and are mainly used in Hospitals. Hospitals need PPEs even after this pandemic. So if Medtec establishes during this period, their customer base will increase long term.  Just my opinion. Anyway, in the long term, price will not sustain, depending on how much market share Medtecs can secure. Q3 profit guessing, 30% from non mask = 15m, July Mask profit remain = 12m Aug Mask profit assume drop 50% = 6m Sept Mask profit assume drop 75% = 3m Q3 guessing = 36m I had mention in my previous post too, yes profit but might not be what the initial grp mention like 2x-3x. it' s better to be at the low side, VP is a good example, now hanging on to China hospital plan to keep the price holding. anyway, my guess only, not vested but i feel the pain of those who lost at high, nice to have bueatiful dream but when it' s time to wake up, pls do so. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Ok lah....dun listen to me lah.  But do you still remembered what some of the prominent personalities in the Bull company posted in the previous, previous deleted thread?....which include vision till ....xx december 2020 and setting trailing stop to protect profit.  The latter is hold true and people walk their talk, would have resulted in at least 2 prominent bulls taking all or at least partial profits from their holdings.

Already 6 months into it, situation is getting worst.  Second, what is the NEW NORMAL?  I don' t have the crystal ball to look into it.  But PPE and gloves would still be part of the equation I hope.  Stockpile policies would have to adjust to the NEW NORMAL. Thirdly, INNOVATION to sustain the price. MT should research into futuristic designs and possibilites.  We see whether part of their new found wealth will be channelled into RESEARCH. Lastly, and I hope wont not happen, is DISEASE X. The dreaded enemy of mankind.    I hope I won' t live to see it in my lifetime. If this is not the highest risk counter and it is also not the most active counter, logically, you may want to give your advice at those higher risk counters so you can rescue more uncles and anuties. Many here have seen the value of Medtecs and also have just seen a good 50% collection.  Price fluctuation is normal in stock market. Pumps and Dumps occur everywhere. You name it, DBS, Keppel, SembCorp, YZJ....endless list.... etc.... Do you see the same biz prospect as Medtecs in Keppel, SembCorp in the midterm?
