(1) Last year was already great! This quarter is even better.
" The Director-General of DTN said that in the first quarter of this year, durian exports to China from Thailand amounted to 5.8 billion baht (US$186 million), showing a year-on-year increase of 14%. Last year, durian exports to China were US$1.5 billion, showing an increase of 78% over 2019."

For time being, One Family can make itself become more profitable if it sold durians at high price (to Nutryfarm). Then after 1 or 2 years, show nice P& L, then can IPO. Nutryfarm may lose money in the mean time. I would like to see the T& C of the distributorship. Actually IPO can fry even higher, after all, can make sure the placees lock up the shares for a period of time. For exisiting Nutryfarm shareholders, the risk is actually RTO, where they will value up the One Family (Thai) business to astronomical value, then issue billions of shares to dilute exisitng Nutryfarm shareholders to almost nothing in order to acquire One Family. Just thinking out loud.
